About Us
Langside Café is an iconic café/ice cream parlour in the Southside of Glasgow. Established 1n 1920, the café was run by the same family from 1948-2018.
Renowned for its retro décor, there is always a warm, welcoming atmosphere, whether at morning coffee, lunchtime, or after school, every customer is made to feel welcome. Not surprisingly, Langside Café has become a bit of a social hub for locals.
Langside Café has a varied comprehensive homemade menu with a balance of traditional Scottish classics and Mediterranean influenced dishes.
The Café changed hands in 2018, however the new owner shares the same passion to keep the nostalgia of the café alive. The favourites have remained on the menu and most importantly, the same friendly, welcoming atmosphere will always remain and the café continues to be a home from home for many customers.
